Trips
- Enhanced Trip search that shows Trip #, service date, billing status, patient sales class, approval #, invoice #, batch #, invoice status, amount and additional patient fields on a single search screen which can be printed or exported to Excel.
- The trip form has a new layout that is easier to read and understand.
- Extra fields for sales class and trip memo are immediately available. The sales class will automatically default from the patient if one was assigned.
- The trip type (One-Way, Round Trip, Transfer, Return Trip) are automatically calculated and adjusted as legs are added to or cancelled from the trip.
- Each trip leg now has a Vehicle, Dispatcher and cancellation date.
- The improved Trip Wizard now allows you to override the facility address as well as entering a comma separated list of trip dates or ranges to add multiple trips in a single screen without setting up a regular schedule.
